The carbon brush of the motor and the carbon brush of the generator are also collectively referred to as the motor carbon brush or the motor brush. The effect of motor carbon brushes in the motor:

1. Add the external current (excitation current) to the rolling rotor (input current) through the carbon brush. 2. Introduce the electrostatic charge on the large shaft into the ground (grounding carbon brush) (output current) through the carbon brush. 3. Change the current direction (in commutator motor, the brush also plays a commutation effect). 4. Lead the large shaft (ground) to the protection equipment for rotor grounding protection and measure the positive and negative ground electricity of the rotor.

Natural running-in method equipment process: power failure admission> removal of old carbon brushes> removal of old carbonized film (this operation is required when replacing carbon brushes of different materials or when the carbonized film is too thick)> cleaning the inside of the motor> new carbon brushes of equipment> equipment viewing> natural running-in (about 0.5-3 hours, depending on the size and size)> completion
